Capital Crew is the competitive junior rowing program of the Sacramento State Aquatic Center. Our annual Ergathon will be on November 11th. We will be rowing on “ergs”, stationary rowing machines, that measure time, power and meters rowed for each athlete. Our team is going to attempt to row 1 million meters! We have been training hard since August, and can’t wait to show how far and fast we can go.
