We have had terrific participation from Row House refugees and new "Learn to Row to ERG" participants at the last two weekend sessions. Their enthusiasm has been infectious and as a result, we are extending ERG Loft Weekend workouts this Saturday and Sunday from 9-10AM. Come join us for a workout at the Sacramento Aquatic Center!
