Inspired to get back to rowing or learn rowing skills after seeing ‘ Boys in the Boat’? Our Masters (25 - 100 yrs. old age groups) team here at Sacramento State Aquatic Center on lovely Lake Natoma, can help! Join us on Saturday & Sunday, 8:45am Jan 13/14 and 20/21 at our Aquatic Center. You’ll learn proper technique on the Concept 2 rowing ergometers, get a workout, be invited to do regular team erg workouts during the week when you feel ready, and make new friends of all ages and abilities! You’ll start rowing in the boats by early Spring.
It is a great deal and only costs $35 total for all 4 sessions or $15 for one.
All you need to do is just show up at the Aquatic center on the above dates.
