Welcome to the Lake Natoma Rowing Association - Home of the Capital Crew Masters Program in the Sacramento region,
Our program is an inclusive, multi-level competitive and recreational rowing program offering coached sessions and affiliate access to rowing equipment appropriate for a variety of fitness levels. A skill assessment and swim test will be required for non-coached, on water rowing.

How to get to Lake Natoma

The Lake Natoma Rowing Association (LNRA) is a 501 (c) 4 nonprofit organization. Donations are welcome but are not tax deductible according to an evaluation by the IRS. Electronic money transfer capability has been established to deposit directly to the LNRA checking account, using either of two payment apps/websites.
